The award we have just received in Amsterdam defines perfectly what Arena is. We are people that make useful documentaries. The quality of our films is proved by IDFA, the reference documentary film festival in Europe and in the whole world. The social utility of our film is guaranteed by OXFAM, the reference NGO about development, political transformation and fight for justice. Receiving the Global Justice Award makes us being more grateful to those who have helped us to make “Walls”, starting from its main characters. It also makes us feel the responsibility and the illusion for continuing to tell real stories that serve to open world’s eyes, encouraging to make it a fairer place.
