ARENA IN DOHA

Since its inception, Arena has been closely linked to training in the documentary genre. Pablo has been a university professor in Peru and now he is in Navarre too. We have given workshops and courses in Mexico, Kurdistan and Colombia. And whenever we go to festivals, wherever they are, we like to share our experiences, creative processes and production advices with colleagues from around the world. Now it’s the time of Qatar. Pablo, with the help of Miguel, is giving a workshop in Doha to students from Qatar, Egypt, Palestine, Bosnia, Yemen, Sudan, Iraq and Morocco. All of this promoted, organized and produced by the incredible team of the Doha Film Institute. They are such interesting people that we can make another post only talking about them. We’ll do it shortly. For now we leave it here: we are in Qatar, sharing what we know. And, as always, learning a lot along the way.
